We have one large room (with large closet) for rent in a basement apartment of a house. Room is $500/ month all inclusive (cable, internet, utilities and laundry) Room is private with shared kitchen, bathroom and living room which are furnished (couch, table, kitchen supplies). The room itself is not furnished just the common areas are. The basement has 2 rooms one of which is already rented. Area is within walking distance to bus routes and grocery stores and city trails. Bus routes run directly to downtown or fairview mall. No pets and non smoking. Parking is an extra $25/month only one spot available.
